FLR Affirmations provides users with tools to generate and manage affirmations. Access may be subject to subscription fees and duration limits as described within the application.
You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of subscription fees. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to misuse generated content or violate the rights of others.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by FLR Affirmations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The affirmations generated are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
In no event shall FLR Affirmations be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, potentially via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Your State/Country, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
